Exchange and Return Policy at X Store:
1- By receiving the goods, the buyer has cleared Afaq Al-Orouba Trading Est. from any defect, breakage or shortage.
2- The buyer has the right to replace and return the goods within a period of 14 days from the date of the invoice.
3- The goods are not returned in the event of damage, use, a change in the condition of the product, a shortage in the components of the product, or damage to the basic packaging of the product.
4- Goods cannot be returned without the original invoice.

Security:
1 – Five years warranty against rust and manufacturing defects on mixers and accessories of the Chinese brand (OR).
2- Twenty years warranty on Chinese (OR) filters against rust and manufacturing defects.
3- A ten-year guarantee on Italian blenders, including the inner core of the blender and rust.
4 – One-year guarantee for wooden Spanish wheels, including non-rust metal parts and moisture resistance for wooden parts.
5- The guarantee does not include misuse or the installation of the cupboard next to water sources such as the bidet and shower, heat or sun sources, or improper storage.
6- The warranty starts from the date of issuance of the invoice and not from the date of installation.
7- 2 years warranty on Spanish products, we save from rust.
8- Grohe products are guaranteed exclusively by Mohara, according to Grohe’s instructions
9- Warranty on the bidets for 1 year from the date of the invoice
